100 Years of Friendship – Event Series

In 2026, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Hungary and Mexico. Diplomacy is built on dialogue, openness, and the creation of meaningful connections — a meeting of cultures where differences do not divide us, but enrich us.
At TODO, we believe that gastronomy can also build bridges. When a restaurant opens its doors to other chefs, bartenders, restaurants, and ways of thinking, it becomes an act of dialogue and collaboration — much like diplomacy itself.

MI CASA ES SU CASA vol. 02: TODO X YAZMIN Y ISTVAN

In 2026, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Hungary and Mexico. For TODO, this is about dialogue, openness, and creating together.
This is why we launched the MI CASA ES SU CASA event series — inviting guest creators to join us and build something new together. Flavors, techniques, and perspectives meet, because we believe the most exciting things come from collaboration.
TODO X YAZMIN Y ISTVÁN
Our second edition welcomes Yazmin Salazar and István Akács from the kitchen of Pajta.
For this evening, Yazmin is given full creative freedom in the TODO kitchen, drawing from her Mexican roots and perspective.
YAZMIN:
• Head Chef of Michelin-starred Pajta
• originally from Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco
• previously worked as a sous chef in Puerto Vallarta, focusing mainly on seafood
Important: this is not a fine dining experience.
While Yazmin comes from a Michelin-starred background, the dishes she brings reflect traditional Mexican cuisine — honest, straightforward, and aligned with the spirit of TODO.
There is no classic starter–main course structure — every dish holds equal weight, with the sequence defined only by technique. This is TODO FOR TODOS.
On the menu:
tacos dorados with shrimp aguachile,
campechano taco with mixed meats,
sope with minced pork ragù,
and a classic flan.
This is a private event — attendance is only possible with pre-purchased tickets. Limited availability.
